Change/Cancel Order

How can I change my email, home address or password?

Changing your details could not be easier, log into your Afro Glamour Account. When clicking on My Details or Shipping addresses you will be given the option to update your account details and then press Save.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders?

Oh no you’re missing an item. We are very sorry for this, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team for advice on +971553862855 or contact us

Why is my order incomplete?

Could you have chosen Partial Shipping at the checkout? If so we’ve sent you the items that were available first and then we will send you the remaining items in a second delivery. If you have not chosen this option please contact the customer care team for advice on  +971553862855  or contact us

What do I do if my item is damaged?

Here at Afro Glamour Cosmetics , our team takes special care of each order to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. On the odd occasion that you do receive a damaged item, please fill in the Returns Form by following the link below and your case will be processed at the earliest possible. Out of stock items?

Had your heart set on a specific item and it’s out of stock? Not to worry, you can contact our Customer Service team who will try their hardest to find an alternative item for you or give you an approximate time of when the item will be back in stock. +971553862855 or contact us

Why do we display products that are out of stock online?

We’re sorry if the item you want is out of stock. We continue to show out of stock products online so that you have access to the product details or so that you can buy it at a later date when the item is back in stock. You may also select to be contacted when the item comes back in to stock.

What does my status mean?
  • Processing means your order has been confirmed and is now being prepared.
  • Shipped means your order has now left the Afro Glamour Cosmetics Warehouse, you will receive an email and SMS confirming dispatch.
  • Delivered means your order has been delivered to the given shipping address.
  • Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order from your account page, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification by SMS and email that you order is dispatched. You can also contact our Customer Service Team on +971553862855 or by clicking here who will be happy to help you track your order.

How much do you charge for International Shipping?

We aim to deliver to all international addresses within 7-10 working days across all major countries.

Shipping rates are determined by weight and location. Please review the shipping fees towards the end of the checkout process.

* Cash On Delivery may not be available for heavy items

* SAR 50 additional charge for Cash On Delivery in KSA

* Additional legalisation and customs fees may be applicable outside the UAE and are to be paid by the consignee

At afroglamourcosmetics.com our priority is you! We aim to deliver all items within 2 to 3 working days in the UAE, 5 to 10 working days in the GCC, 7 to 12 working days international shipments.

How do Gift Certificates work?

Wanting to buy a gift but can’t decide on what to buy? A Gift Certificate is the perfect solution. Simply follow the link below and enter the required details. Once purchased, the gift certificate will be sent automatically as an email to the recipient or if you want, you can get the gift certificate sent to your email and can then forward it to the recipient. How do I use my Gift Certificate?

Using your Gift Certificate couldn’t be easier. You should have received a Gift Certificate code which you enter in the correct field on the Shopping Cart page. The Gift Certificate amount will automatically be deducted from your total bill.

How do I see my purchase history?

If you want to check and see what lovely items you’ve bought in the past all you have to do is Sign In to your Afro Glamour Cosmetics account. Once signed in you will be able to see your purchase history by clicking on My Orders.

Returns

How quickly can I return an item?

Our returns procedure is simple and easy if the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging you can return within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please click here to fill out our return form.

Kindly send back the item to Afro Glamour Cosmetics Warehouse Lolena Residence, office 220,District 12,Jumeirah Village Circle Dubai, UAE.  If you request a pickup service for the items to be returned or exchanged, a charge of 20 AED will be applied. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information on item returns.
