7. Iron is needed. Your hair needs Ferritin (that is, stored iron) to grow. So, try adding an iron nutritional supplement to your diet.

8. Don’t take too much of dairies. While dairy products are very good sources of calcium, you want to be cautious how much you take in. They help your hair grow but too much of it can cause dandruff, among other things.
