It is normal for you to sweat. One way or another, we all sweat. Some more than the others but, sweats, nonetheless. And this is perfectly okay, healthy in fact. Research has it that people who eat a lot of spicy foods like curry, garlic, onions etc. are more prone to having body odor. They contain aroma that escape through the pores with your sweats.
